We exist as young women to:

• Encourage each other through the Word
• Be accountable for one another
• Equip & Mentor
• Build up Leaders
• Identify Spiritual gifts
• Build a spiritual family/sisterhood

Vision Statement

• To multiply and make disciples
• Quarterly service/community projects
• Opportunies to share personal testimonies
• Find biblical resources to strengthen our faith as young women

Strategy

• Two co-leaders and one-on-one mentorship
• Have a new person lead a short devotion each week
• Invite other friends/co-workers to join
